Terms and Agreement

1. Support for the Aggie Honor Code
We at Tutor Pritch fully support and comply with the Aggie Honor Code. We expect all students to uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty in their academic endeavors. While we provide guidance and assistance in understanding academic material, it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that their work adheres to the principles of the Aggie Honor Code. We are not liable for any violations of the Honor Code by students.

• WebAssign Sessions are conducted in COMPLETE compliance with the Aggie Honor Code. Homework answers will not be directly GIVEN. These sessions serve to instruct students on how to solve math problems given on the homework. If your professor has explicitly said to not receive ASSISTANCE for homework, it is your responsibility to not sign up for this session.

2. No Guarantee of Grades
Tutor Pritch strives to offer the best possible tutoring services to help students succeed academically. However, we cannot guarantee specific grades or outcomes as academic performance depends on a variety of factors, including the student’s effort, attendance, and understanding of the material.

3. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may inquire about a refund by contacting us at tutorpritch@gmail.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our discretion. The following are ineligible for a refund:

• No-show customers

• Unsatisfactory exam or class grade

4. Acceptance of Terms
By using our tutoring services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
